Wanted to share with all my card l made for The Rubber Dance Challenge this month.

You had to use Black and White in your project, plus a choice of your colour. l also used some Rubber Dance Stamps that l won last year in a Facebook competition. Lucky me, couldn't wait to use them.

I have Watercoloured the background first with my favourite colour Green.
Let that dry, and then used my Rubber Dance Stamps, stamped with black ink, and a Circle Stitched stamp l had in my stash.

Loved using the Numbers and word stamps from Rubber Dance. Can definitely see me using these more often.

Next l used a White Gel pen and drew some stitches around the card.

Love the Details.

Then stamped the Word Make Amazing Happen that l had in my stash. Used some little Arrow cut outs too.

Then thats it a quick and easy card l made, and just in time for Rubber Dance's August Challenge.

Just love how it turned out.

So why not check out Rubber Dance Stamps Blog, for some inspiring Creations they have made.

I had a chance to have a play along with this months JAP over at Dlish Scraps Blog.
Just loved this months kit, it was pretty and stunning, l couldn't wait to use it on a page.
The colours are just Gorgeous.

I used the colours on the palette, and l didn't go with the sketch as it was optional.
I had the perfect photos to use from my recent Summer holiday in Sunny Qld.

Hope you like it.

Rubber Dance Challenge- Altered Tag.

This month l decided to enter the Rubber Dance Stamps Challenge over on their blog.
It was a great Challenge, and l thought l would give it a try. You had to choose one of the colour palettes below and use in your project.
I chose the June 2015 Colours. A yellow, Green, and a pretty blue.

I decided to make a Altered tag. However l don't own any Rubber Dance Stamps. But l am hoping so to be able to purchase some soon. They are so lovely and have a Great variety on their website.
My stamps l used l picked up recently at a local Craft Fair. So l have been dying to have a play with them.

And here it is.

My tag l used some Heidi Swapp Colour Shine Sprays, in my background, using the colour palette l chose. Green, Yellow, and Blue sprays.

The stamps l used were Prima Finnabar Cling Stamps.
I stamped the image of the lady with Black Ranger Ink. Also l used a Kaiser Butterfly Stamp and stamped onto a piece of Vellum and then fussy cut it out and placed on my tag.

To Create my Yellow in my background. l used the new Lindys Stamp Gang Embossing Powders, in the Drop Dead Diva Set. These are Simply Gorgeous to use. The colours are so Vibrant. And you would never know that it was an Embossing Powder.
I also used a Prima Border stamp on the bottom of my tag with Versamark, then Embossed over it with the Embossing Powder.

I inked around the edges of the Tag with Ranger Black Ink.
Added some flowers and feathers to go with the colour theme as well.

Really happy with how it all turned out.
Thanks for a great Challenge Rubber Dance Stamps.
Check out their Blog for some Great inspiration.

Thanks for Stopping by and looking at what l have been creating.

Scrap The Boys August Challenge.

Decided to have a play with this months Challenge over at Scrap The Boys.
This month's Challenge you had to include a photo of yourself with your Son.
Well that was a hard one. As l have taken so many photos over the years of my kids. And took heaps of photos of my son when he was younger. l was always the one taking the photos, and never getting in the photos.

So l enjoyed doing this Challenge this month. It really inspired me.

Who could resist that Gorgeous Smile.

Thanks for stopping by to have a read of my Blog.
Have a Wonderful Week.

Show Us Your Stuff July Mid Monthly Challenge.

Here is my take on this months Show Us Your Stuff July Mid Monthly Challenge.
This months Challenge you must include Handwriting as the  main feature, and a handmade item must also be on your page. Check it out and have a go yourself there is still time to join in.
Here is the link.
http://www.showusyourstuff.blogspot.com.au

I love including handwriting on my layouts, something l don't do that often which l know l should. My writing isn't that bad. And it is nice to tell a story about the photo on your page. I had this Gorgeous photo of my daughter taken when she was only 4. She was playing Dress Ups, and l was snapping away with my camera as you do. Got this perfect photo of her pulling this cheeky face. One to show her when she turns 21 lol.

So the handmade item l used on my page is a little Gold crocheted heart l had in my stash from Dlish.

I used a paper from the Kasier Kaleidescope range. I really loved it as it worked in well with the Challenge as it had some handwriting on it too.

Added lots of Flower clusters to my layout and a Dream Big Chipboard Title that l also inked up.

I used a note paper to add my journalling to. Added some doilies, a flair, and some little pink flower sequins.

Had fun doing this page and joining in for the first time with Show Us Your Stuff.
Thanks for stopping by.

White With 1 Marsala July Challenge.

Hi hope everyone is well and have been enjoying this glorious winter sunshine.

I decided to have a play this month over at White with 1, with their Marsala Challenge.
At first l wasn't quite sure about the colour, as l don't normally use Marsala. But after some thought and going through my stash, l was quite surprised l had more Marsala colours than l thought l would of had.
I really enjoyed using these colours for a change, and l am sure l will use them more often now.

Here is the Challenge Theme.

So its not as bad as l thought. Thanks White with 1 for a Great colour choice this month. So glad l had a go at it.
There are some Great prizes up for grabs this month, so you should all give it a try yourself you will be surprised.  So here is the link  http://whitewith1.blogspot.com.au

I recently took a photo of my 10 year old daughter, which l printed on BW.
She had this Gorgeous hat on too and l really think it worked in well with my layout too.
I used a Gorgeous Marsala Flower that l had in my stash, with some White Magnolia's, Prima Roses, and some Wild Orchid Crafts Roses that l sprayed with a Prima Bloom Spray myself.
So happy with how it all turned out.

I used a Prima paper for my background, and punched the edges out with a punch.
Then used a piece of White card stock. Sprayed and stencilled my White card stock using a Prima Bloom Spray. Stamped with a roller stamp using Tim Holtz Aged Mahogony.
Stamped Butterflies with inks, and added lots of embellishments.

Love the layers on this!

And the end result.

So thanks again for stopping by and seeing what l have been creating.

Enjoy your week.

Kraft Plus July Challenge Mustard Explosion.

Here is my layout l created for this months Kraft Plus Challenge. This months Colour Scheme was Mustard Explosion, yellow paint, and to be inspired by items on the Mood Board.

This is their Mood Board.
Pop on over to their blog to enter this months challenge. There are some great prizes up for grabs this month.http://www.kraftpluschallenges.blogspot.com.au

I had a photo taken of a bicycle out the front of my local Florist with some Daffodils around it. I thought it would look great on a layout, and this Challenge came up and it was just perfect.

I added lots of different flowers and embellishments to my layout. Painted some chipboard circles in black paint, and cut out a title with my Heidi Swapp Happy word Die.

I sprayed Yellow Distress Stain over my page, and then stamped with yellow paint across my page. I added some yellow paint too around the layout.
I also Embossed up some Blue Fern Chipboard with a Gorgeous Mustard Embossing powder.
Using a die l cut out several different pattern papers in yellows, black and white, and layered them under my Photo.

And here is my Finished result.

Had fun creating my page and entering again with Kraft Plus and their Challenges.

Thanks for stopping by,
Happy Creating
